Bookings
All weeks commencing Friday except where stated
Price includes gas, electricity and bedding.
To secure a booking a deposit of £200 or 1/3 of the cost
(whichever is greater) is required, the balance is
payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A good house keeping bond of £100 is required 1 week
prior to arrival
Pets accepted at owners discrection @£5 per pet per day
10% discount for 2 people (subject to availability)

Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for arranging our stay
at Greycotes over Christmas. We had an absolutely amazing time, definitely
a Christmas to remember! Have just finished downloading the photos with
a smile remembering good times with the family in a true winter wonderland.
The house is beautiful, the decor and cleanliness exceptional, the views
stunning and the location ideal - it was love at first sight!! We didn't
want to leave! Thank you also for the personal touches, we really enjoyed
the mulled wine and mince pies! I can't recommend the place enough and
really hope to return soon.
